Teach that fucktard a lesson and give them a scare with ShadyURL which is a URL shortener/converter that actually works but generates shady and suspicious-as-fuck URL's.

For example, I converted a URL pointing to a legit slashdot.org article from:

http://yro.slashdot.org/story/10/02/18/1846222/PA-School-Spied-On-Students-Via-School-Issued-Laptop-Webcams

to http://5z8.info/-49exploit-begin--_p0j8_hot-older-goats.mov

FYI:  This is now the official URL shortener of CoolSheez if I ever feel the need to use one.
