What's happening in Arizona?

Sheriff Arapio is going to arrest protesters.  Apparently protesting only really works out when it is built on an astro-turfing campaign and you aren't really upsetting anyone.  You could write this off as one insignificant sheriff getting a bit power hungry, but this sheriff just happens to run the county that contains over 4 million of Arizona's 6.5 million citizens.  Maricopa county is famous for it's corrupt judicial system and law enforcement.
